| Three out of the four items were wrong. First, I received a FloridaKing Peach Tree instead of my order for a FloridaPrince Peach Tree. Second, I ordered the Bronze Fry Scuppernong and the Black Loomis Muscadine in the size of a 3 year old vine, but instead both were one year old vines at best and neither were of fruiting size as advertised. And unlike my previous orders, none of the items were pruned. To make matters worst, my packing slip was taped to the plastic on the external part of the box which tore in half upon removal. |

| Did the invoice match the plant/tree labels or did it have the wrong items on it too. I assume you specified "No substitutions.". What did they say they would do for you when you called them? |
