Best tasting Fig for zone 7a?

I would like the sweetest Fig that at least has some pretty good richness flavor. And can survive most winters here with little to no die back, but will always come back from the base (roots) if there is a rare near or below 0F degrees temperature. In the winter it usually always gets down to around 10F degrees for one or two nights a year, and many years down to near or at 5 degrees. Rare years it can get down to near or just below 0F for one or two nights. The summer is hot and highly humid. In the day 90s are typical and a few days a year at 100F are not unusual.

Would Ficus carica 'Celeste' be my best bet?

I tried a fresh fig last year for the first time (Brown Turkey Fig) I liked it ok (kind of sweet with maybe a small peach hint) but it was fairly bland tasting, (kind of dry with very low flavor).

Any help would be very appreciated.
