Need a good fig recommendation for SC

Hey guys

I live on the North end of South Carolina...

Looking to add at least one more fig to my collection...

Here's what I have:
Black mission - Great.
Violette de Bordeaux - Awesome, but not hardy enough... Dies back to the ground every year...
LSU purple - I hate it and it's gotta go.

Before you jump in and say "Brown turkey"... I am not a real Brown Turkey fan... I have eaten LOTS of them... and I like other figs MUCH better....

2nd question is...
Where to buy a bona-fide Good One.... as it seems like the local home stores basically sell miscellaneous, mislabelled plants...So.. It's gonna be a fig... but that's all you are going to get for sure... and most Nurseries around here sell 2 varieties... Brown Turkey and Celeste.

John, I grow Kadota, Celeste and Chicago Hardy here in Raleigh and highly recommend all three, especially Celeste. All these are hardy in the Upstate of SC. I am rooting cuttings of all three plus Violette de Bordeaux, but have just started recently, so they will be a while. I also have dug and potted up some small rooted sprouts of Celeste. If you do not find what you need, email me and I will let you know when we are going to be in Greenville(we still own a house in Taylors) and what I have to share at that point.
