Brown spots on fig leaves-How to prevent

I have planted a sapling of Ficus Auriculata variety of Fig about a fortnight back. I have noticed some brown spots/patches on the fig leaves at the base. Can anybody suggest to me how to prevent this from spreading to other leaves. I have sprayed Copper oxychloride but it has not given any result.

The above photo show brown spots on the leaf of the "Elephant Ear Fig tree " which i planted recently. Can anybody suggest me how to prevent this disease.

The Brown spots shown in image below has appeared after few weeks of planting this Elephant Year Fig Sapling. How to prevent this epidemic from spreading?

I had brown spots on Brown Turkey Fig tree. I thought it fungal infection. So I treated first with Coper. Coper usually works but it takes more treatment and long time. I was not patient so I used Captin and it worked.
