Brebas on Kadota

Herman asked me to let him know how the breba figs on my Kadota came out. Well...they were dry and pithy. Non edible.
Same for the brebas on my VDB. There were a couple Black Mission figs that were edible. I had figured this would be the case, so I pinched most of them off last month. Glad I did.
We have main crop figs forming on the new growth now. Temps into the mid 90's today here in the desert.
I can hardly wait........
