My fears put to rest!

As many of you may already know I have lost many fig trees in the past due to inexperience and harsh Winters.

This past season I placed all my potted fig trees in my attached garage by placing the small ones over the larger ones and so on and so forth and used only one large moving blanket over them.

When I returned from my trip yesterday morning I had breakfast and off to work on moving all the figs outdoors. To my surprise and excitment I am pleased to say none were lost this year. What a sigh of relief.

There are just a couple that may need a week or two to show some life but I am confident they will pull through.

Many are growing their leaves and showing plenty of brebas.
This is going to be a good year.

Coupled with my newly acquired cuttings I just may end up with about 100 cultivars by the end of the season.LOL
