White Fig issue

I inherited my white Fig 5 years ago when I moved into my house. The first three years it produced more fruit than we could eat and the tree itself grew very full. The last two years the tree has produced little fruit and shown little growth. So far this year I have not seen any improvement. The branches barely grow and leaves do not seem as full as they should be. I chalked it up to one cool summer and one very dry summer but something is definitely wrong with it.

The soil ph is a little acidic (5.5) but from what I've read that should not be terrible. I've also been giving it some compost tea from my worm compost. I've been pruning the tree at the end of every season as well.

Any thoughts?
