help in identifying a Fig variety

i have a great fig tree cutting but don't know the variety. it makes a small puple fig with red inside, and makes 1 crop that ripens in late August (in Chesapeake City, MD). i have a picture of the leaf but was not able to load it in this message.

any help in indentifying the variety would be great. thx.

These are new young leaves ,that do not show the final shape.
The normal leave will be ready to be Id,in August and aFTER,BUT NOT IN mAY.
So if you place another pix here in August,showing a leaf that represent the majority of leaves on your tree,I will be more than happy to id it for you.
Also in August you can place a pix of a ripe fruit,and that will help too.
