What to do with this cutting?

Just a question to some that have already growing Figs from cuttings. I have this cuttings that has already roots on it, my question is can I already plant them in a mix medium of perlite and vermiculite or shall I wait for the more roots to grow? Attached is the picture of my cuttings. Thanks!
