Patience is what you need right now as your 3 little fig trees are taking their sweet time in establishing themselves in a new environment!
As long as the fig trees are not dried out and turn black, they are OK!

I got my fig tree like this:
My cousin hacked a woody piece off the base of his tree in Nov. i brought it home in my suitcase, across the country. I heeled it in in a basket of old dirt. Nothing happened for a year and a half. I was reluctant to give up...it was a sentimental tree, and my brother took his piece home to Florida and had figs already! Finally I gave up and took the stick out of the basket to see if it had any roots and it did not. I tossed it back in and got around to dumping it the next week, only my stick had a LEAF. This year I have a FIG. And I'm excited in a way that is kinda unnatural. One and a half YEARS.

Maybe the dirt you used for the cutting is not good?
Drainage problems?
Or maybe use a plastic pot with holes instead of a basket will be better for the little fig twig?
