Casmiere, Do you live in the area or were you just passing through ? If you are able, ( sounds like the owner is an OK guy ) I would like to have some cuttings for rooting. :>)

WOW Cazimere! How lucky you were to spot that fig tree! I'd love to know what kind they are? You were in the right place at the right time. When you go back to taste the figs I too would love 1 little rooted cutting if you can get some. We had a large fig bush in our yard when I was a child & they were great! Enjoy! %):>
