Help, Fiddle leaf fig dropping leaves

I'm not sure what to do, my Fiddle leaf Fig which I've had for several months now, and was happy and healthy is dropping leaves at an alarming rate. Not sure why. I thought perhaps spider mites, etc. posting some pics..any help would be appreciated. I don't want to lose this amazing tree.

It looks like too much built up salt, also maybe a little potassium deficiency. Leach the pot and then fertilize lightly.

You can try to post over at the houseplant forum as well for advice (although I sometimes check to see if the non-edible fig people I send there get helped and they usually do not ; (
