Some leaves changing color

First time ever this year I noticed some leaves changing color. The rest of the trees are very healthy and the rest of the leaves are green and good locking. Should Ineed to do any thing?

Are these black marks on the figs normal or I have a problem need to be taken care of.

The tree is in pot with holes and the pot is dogged in raised bed with lots of good soil cow manure.
