UC Davis Fig Cuttings

Hello, I want to get some cuttings from UC Davis. It says on the site that they are unavailable to home gardeners. How do all of the home gardeners that receive cuttings from them do it? Thanks.

RE: UC Davis Fig Cuttings

I've ordered cuttings from UCD in the past, and received what I requested. I looked over the webpage today and I don't see anything that says there unavailable to home gardeners. Here's a link to the page I'm viewing. Be aware that you won't receive cuttings until late next winter, probably February.

Here is a link that might be useful: Fig Cuttings

Well on the page where you request the cuttings their is a prompt that you have to fill out that says "Please describe your planned research, breeding or educational uses for this NPGS germplasm." What do you guys put in that section?

I looked at my last order form from 2011, and here's what I entered:

"Intended Use* Home Orchard, Farmers Market Sales"

Thank you! What did you put for the organization?
