| This Armenian fig produces for me in New England. It has a mild taste compared to other varieties and has a pretty large eye when ripening which can be a problem. |

| Why are these black spots on the fruit. I have them on some of mine It makes me mad who caused them? |

| I think those are just normal pigment spots that become darker as part of the ripening process. Those are not caused by any insects or diseases. |
