Help with figs

I planted a fig tree two years ago and it was 2 ft tall. It is one tall stick and three leaves, it never grows. I put chick manure around it, give it water once or twice a week. What else can i do?

If it hasn't grown after that time then the roots may be damaged.
Try transplant it and look at roots and remove any damaged roots and make sure no rot.
