figlets just came

my hardy chicago figs are about the size of a quarter and green but my marsielles just now put on like 12 figlets. these are first year plants according to my friend.should i leave the figlets on to ripen or remove them to focus the plants energy on leave growth?

If it were mine I'd remove all of the marsielles figlets and all but one of the HC. The HC has a chance to ripen something but not the marsielles. Others may disagree but this is my 2 cents.
