| my grandfather, he calls it a brown turkey but it looks nothing like the brown turkey I purchased or the pics I've seen of brown turkey. a cutting was given to him in the 80's from an old lady that called it a turkey fig so he called it brown turkey. any help would be great. it makes huge figs vs my other BT are about half that size. |

| they taste so sweet and not pungent like some of my other figs I'd say the taste rivals black mission in taste but larger and sweeter. the skin is a little thick but still sweet.It has an open eye and we have lost a few to ants this year. |
