Sick Ficus ??--Current Picture

Here is a picture of the ficus that I took this morning. I have trimmed off the leaves that were mostly yellow. Does it look like it has improved? By the way, I have been keeping it under a grow light since my wife brought it home...it is receiving about 12 hours of light per day.
