Good quality taste, weight about 60 gr.

I'm surprised it was still bearing so late. It looks tasty.
You should call it Longue d'Octobre

Longue d'Aout is an excellent fig in my opinion, despite its size, it has a very good taste. My Longue d'Aout (main crop) are huge, probably due to my rainy climate. Usually, all my fig varieties are bigger than average in drier climates.
Proportionally, It is my most productive fig in total weight.
It is not a late ripening fig, 10 days later than Ronde de Bordeaux. Xon, I suppose that you have had a long crop time for Longue d'Aout.

It endures rain well for a fig of its size but worse than smaller figs. My Longue d'Aout crop was ruined for 3 days of very strong rains in September. Despite it, I can taste a few and they were good figs.

Regarding this, P. Baud says that it is very affected for waterlogged soils (it was 3 days of soggy soils enough to ruin my crop). I can confirm it, but in normal weather it is a good to excellent tasting fig.

Looks like a nice fig. Would anyone be interested in trading?

It is a super nice fig. Big, productive & bears at a young age. Very delicious. The best news is that almost all the main crop figs ripens in my zone. One of the family's favourite.
