I would airlayer the 2 smaller branches in the spring and leave the strongest & straightest of the 3.

wildforager gave good advice.
Wait till spring , you will know tree made it, then cut off the lower 2 limbs and do what you want with them.
Let main trunk get to height you want keeping in mind your final container size then top the main . It will force out more lateral branching once the top is cut. Once the lateral branching occurs and grows you can then cut some of them not needed to the desired tree shape you want.
Where you cut the tip you will get new growth around that area as well and you just prune to keep shape you wish. Keep in mind every cut you make will force some type of growth eventually at a nodal area and you just keep the limbs that eventually appear that you desire or eliminate them for the look you want.
