Here it is :
Total 15.5 pound
In the large tray:Marseilles vs blk,Hardy Ch,and Sal's Gene.
In the smaller tray:Larger figs,from:Atreano,LSU Gold,143-36,Black Jack,DFIC 17 BRn Turkey,Archipell,etc.
The picture has more green in it than in reality, and have no way to fix.
The figs are still very goodtasting, and lost a lot of water,in the last week wich was dry and cold.
The most productive trees like Marseilles vs black, had smaller size fruits compared to what they had in August and Sept, but still good tasting.

Herman
Did you still have leaves on the plants or these figs were hanging on plants without leaves for a while.

Herman, I would have been happy if I would have had those meager pickings as my whole season. Congrats for an outstanding job in not so prime conditions. Hopefully I can have a couple of trees to bearing size this coming year.

To Otawan:Yes My trees had most leaves on till this Morning, when hard frost ,made them fall in Mass.
There were to more very light frost before but they only managed to damage a few leaves.
This frost this morning did them in.

Good for you Herman. Sure nice to have some fresh tasting figs around this time. Yeah, my sis on a visit to S.Korea emailed this morning & cited she paid US$10 for 10 fresh figs in a tray wrapped nicely. Only 3 were edible, the rest were spoilt.
