If anyone has gone there, can you tell me about how long it would take to see these gardens?

TIA ~ FlowerLady

I was there a few years ago and I think it was about 2 hrs. I like to take my time and look at everything. :o)

I have been there. I went with a large group, the tour lasted about two hours with a guide. If you were to go on your own, you could walk it in about an hour. It depends on how fast or slow you want to walk. It is very interesting and very beautiful. I reccomend the Japanese restaurant there. We had a fabulous lunch.
While you are there you must go across the steet to the Orchid Society gardens. There must be thousands and thousands of orchids hanging in trees and in the greenhouse. The gardens are wonderful too.
I suggest you make a day out of it! a great twofer! (two gardens in one day, LOL!)
Enjoy! And please let us know how you liked it.

Thanks Kathy. That gives us an idea. I want to look at everything, and of course take pictures too.

scottrel ~ Thanks for your info also. I googled the orchid society and as of Feb. this year it is no longer open to the public as they've had to reduce their staff by half because of the economy.

I will post about our excursion. I am really looking forward to it.
