Palm Question....?

Saw the Caractirium palm ( I think that is how you spell it) at Home Depot. I thought maybe it was a Cat palm, but they also had Cat Palms. The label saId 3-4' tall?? Maybe that is In a pot? Does anyone know anything about this palm?? Do they have it growing in their landscape. Reminded me somewhat of a Bamboo Palm but it was tighter.
