So is she selling a house along with the garden? Oh, it does say it's a 3/2 but most of the description is about the garden. It's kind of funny. It is the non gardener that will buy it thinking that it will stay gorgous all by itself. A gardening person wants a yard with nothing so they can create a garden. It would be interesting to see how this works out.

Laura is probably right, a gardeners dream come true all in a nice package and someone who has no gardening finesse will end up the owner. Why wasn't I born rich instead of beautiful?? I'd buy it just on the descriptions of the gardens!!

I wouldn't mind buying a house with an established garden. If the bones are good and some hardscape, I would then be able to add my input and slowly make it my garden.

I just know ,if we ever sell, the new owners will tear out the tropicals and put in a pool.
