I think there are 18 state parks that have cabins for rent. I love Blue Spring SP near Orange City (there are several Blue Springs in FL) thats on the east side of Orlando. Great cool spring to swim in on hot days.

Fanning Springs also has cabins.

But maybe you were thinking of the beach instead.
Bahia Honda in the Keys has cabins but they are VERY hard to get because they are waterfront. That is also a great park.

Check this link out for all the state parks with cabins. At the top left you can enter cabins and a range of dates and it will display all the parks available.

Lake Louisa State prk. is beautiful , we travel in our motorhome, and have visited many, many of our 162 state prks. here's pics. of the cabins over looking one of the lakes, noticed they have AC, screened porch look very nice! also a pic. of lake taken from fishing pier in campground..
