Hi, Katkin (and all)!

Thanks so much for sharing my exciting news with the good folk at GardenWeb. I'm over the moon about this, and hope those who enjoy romantic suspense will check it out.

Some of you may know that a wake-robin is a dark red variety of trillium that comes up in the mountains in early spring (early enough to "wake the robins"). Wake-Robin Ridge is a fictional mountain very near Chimney Rock & Lake Lure, NC. My book involves a cabin, and the two women who lived alone in it, nearly 50 years apart. The current owner is pulled into a mystery that happened at her cabin in the 1960's, and it will have an enormous impact on her life, and on the life of her nearest neighbor--an enigmatic man who lives on the top of the mountain with just his Irish wolfhound as company.
