Oh, boy, are they sweet! I hope you find someone, Olya. With 4 indoor cats and a dachshund, my husband will beat me severely about the head and shoulders if I brought home another animal. I sure wish your friend luck in placing them. Marcia

Oh I wish I could. You might try the labrador rescue people (link below). They are in the business of finding homes for rescued labs. If that does not work there is a woman here in Orlando who does "Pet Rescue By Judy". She takes dogs to the local PetSMart and offers them for adoption there. She is quite successful. If the Lab people cannot help you let me know and I will get you info on Judy's operation. Anita

Thanks a lot, Marcia and Anita Anita, I send the info on the lab rescue to the lady who has the puppies . Hopefully, she will find some help there. Thanks for the suggestions. Marcia, I know what you mean by "my husband will beat me severely about the head and shoulders if I brought home another animal". My DH told me I could adopt one of these labs if I had 3 cats...so what do I do with the remaining 7?! Looks like no puppy for me :( Olya

Olya, From checking around on the internet, it appears that all the puppies were adopted. Terri

Terri, I am so HAPPY to hear that! They came through on my agility list earlier this week and all I could do was pray for them. We're full up too with 3 dogs (2 of them are rescues) and a rescue cat, but so many need help and homes, it's heart-breaking. Suzanne

Terri, thanks for the news. It is amazing how fast the news can travel :) I work/go to school in the same building with the lady, and I am the last to find out :) Definitely glad to hear about it! Olya

That sucks...the whole college of Engineering at USF was talking about the "poor puppies" for a few days. I got an email from a co-worker, thinking it came from her friend. Now, it appears that an identical email was sent out all over the place, and there is some suggestion that it was spam. Now, why would they do that to people who love animals? If it is spam, it is really cruel...I even nagged my husband for adopting one... Ok,ok... did more searching...Aparently, the email just circulated forever...but the puppies did get adopted!
