Hollyhocks!

OK, I understand that sounds silly, but when I was a child I recall bumblebees flying out of the flowers and pursuing me. At least I thought they were pursuing me. I was terrified of hollyhocks! I still don't have any so maybe that feeling has lingered.

There is a twisted abused oak in a empty lot near by and it reminds me of a Calypso dancer. I always wanted to take a picture of it, but didn't. It has been further damaged by stormes and is not quite the same. But it made me laugh every time we drove passed it.
