That was great. Who doesn't like Bluegrass & BBQ!
One year we went camping over at River Ranch, they had a bunch of fiddlers gathered around the fire and they played almost all night. I use to love that place but it has changed alot!

And I thought Florida was in the south.

I'm glad you liked that! I watched it again this evening, and noted that the band is from N. Carolina, not South. (Since they slammed our entire state BBQ wise, I don't feel too bad about my mistaken geography!)

My irishman is a bit of a bbq sauce mixoligist.

He sometimes mixes N.C. vinegar based with S.C. mustard sauce and comes up with chicken that is to die for!
