| I don't know if this is true, but I was told it takes years for the jac to bloom from seed. You are better off to root a cutting from a blooming tree. Sorry, my tree isn't blooming yet. :o( |

| Trini, I've been watching the jacaranda and the red royal poinciana (I don't like the orange ones!) trees in the park for pods. I'm not sure if they're mimosifolia or cupid. but I'll let you know when I see them! |

| Thanks Katkin. I never knew that it can be grown from cuttings. Thats good to know. WRF, I don't mind seeds of either jacaranda, so let me know if you see any. I have a couple bonsai plants but I don't do alot with them. If I see any red RP with seeds, I will let you know. |

| I have a huge one in my yard that is covered in pods. 3 dropped already but I mailed the seeds to someone else. I can send you some once some more drop- there are about 25 seeds per pod. You can send me a SASE. Email me if you're interested. |
