I have plants coming back from the roots that had froze back. My white butterfly ginger and all the night blooming jasmine plants all have several inches of new growth pushing up. A few of my colocasia are returning that froze back. Lime aide, Mojito, and Royal Hilo all have 3 or 4 new leaves up.
We have only had one really hard freeze so far but it froze most every thing tender to the ground that i left out of the greenhouse lol. (Jax area)
Everything will probably sprout out and then it will get really cold in Feb and freeze everything back again :/

I have a crape leafing out a bit, too. My Sioux used to do it all the time, Which is one of the reasons I got rid of it. It never seemed to adjust to 9a/b conditions. But this a first for this one--an Apalachee? Can't remember the name. I'm hoping it's just an off winter for it.
