No picture?

I had one that just wouldn't grow for me. It got up to about 3 feet and stopped growing and like you I would get one or
two flowers. I dug it up and pitched it!

I question the accuracy of that UF information about the leaves.
In any case we do not need it, because you mentioned :

which means not bicapsularis.

The 4-hr probably is a limiting factor;
nevertheless your plant is not doing badlly.
Mine, which gets longer sun, did not flower until taller than 5'.
No pods came.
Pods the following year (2013 end), at which time the height was 8'.

Yesterday I picked two of the four. Brown, and slight splitting when squeezed.
The seeds' greenness and moistness give me to think that they are immature.
I would appreciate confirmation or contradiction by someone who knows the appearance of mature pendula seeds..
