Florida indoor gardening

Hello,

I've read around online about this, but most topics are about growing seedlings or early starts during the winter in northern areas.

I was wondering if anyone has tried, and, if so, their experiences in fully growing cool season vegetables indoors during our long summers. I'm thinking of anything such as as the classic lettuce, to more experimental things like everbearing strawberries.

I was thinking about getting something similar to the following link.

Thanks!

Here is a link that might be useful: Grow Lights
