Transplanting 'False Aralia'

I got a rooted cutting from Ricky a few years back. It is in a shade bed and about 7' tall now. It is very nice and I want to move it to a location where it can be appreciated more but still in the shade. Will this plant transplant easily. I tried taking cuttings and they didn't survive so I don't know if it would be difficult to transplant too. I don't want to lose it. Thanks

Nancy - You should have no problem digging this up and moving it. Just dig as much of the root ball as possible and water it in well. I've never had any luck with cuttings, but if yours doesn't survive, I have seedlings popping up all over the place!
