My Frozen Jujube Seems To Be Coming Back, BUT...

Only half of it is greening up again. I'll explain: This tree forks into a "Y" about eight inches from the ground, then each fork reaches a height of about eight feet. Half of this "Y" is greening up beautifully, and the other half still looks dead. Not one single bud or leaf. I tried bending the twigs and they are still flexible.
I'll hold off on any pruning for at least another month to watch and see.
Why is only half the tree greening up?

For some reason some branches green up faster then others. If you scratch the surface of the side you think dead gently and find it green underneath, it's still alive. :o)
