I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like a Windmill Palm to me. While I'm sure someone here will be able to give you a more positive answer, I have found that the guys who hang out on the Palms and Cycads forum to be downright awesome for identifying palms.

I was over there on that forum looking at palm tree pictures a couple of years ago and remembered seeing a Windmill Palm. I thought you might like to see this (and I hope the OP doesn't mind me sharing her awesome photo.)

I think it might be a European fan palm. Great little palm, usually clustering, and easy to take care of. Does have very solid cold tolerance in FL and even beyond.

I did, in fact, have this identified on the Palms forum as a European ("Mediterranean") Fan Palm. I'd like to try growing two of them in my house.
