Fruit trees vs water table

I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere, but I am uncertain about the suitability of the holes I just had dug for my citrus and other fruit trees. Bear in mind I am new to Florida and am located in Jacksonville.

The water table where I planned to plant my trees seems to be about 19" down. (This isn't just seasonal, is it? as I understand it rains even more in the summer here than in the winter.) Citrus and other fruit trees need to be in well-drained locations from what I understand. But citrus grows all over Florida. Is the water table higher here than in most of Florida?

So, can I plant my fruits here? Must I raise the trees higher? or am I screwed? (Banana seems to grow okay.)
