Date palms?

I recently bought this house and am learning of all the wonderful trees the former owners planted. I think the first picture is of a date palm, can anyone confirm? I don't know what the other two are either. They also have fruit but they look different. Also looking for tips on harvesting the fruit and drying the dates. Thanks!

Oops, looks like I posted the same pic twice. This is the one I think is a date palm

No. Those appear to be Veitchii Palms. Date palms all have thorny petioles.

No, they are great trees. I learned that they are highly susceptible to a severe yellowing disease but fortunately no signes of that.
