| I went to A Day of Gardening yesterday in Duval county. The best class was about attracting beneficial insects and getting rid of bad bugs. The most exciting thing was how to build a stink bug trap. Here is the website on DIY: Ufinsect. ifas.ufl.edu. Also I learned about trap crops for stink bugs. The ones I can grow for sure are okra and sunflowers. I would love to grow buckwheat, but I don't know how. That is another good crop to attract stink bugs. Then you can hand pick and destroy them. |
