My take is selloum philodendron. I have a bunch here in Ft. Lauderdale that I've had forever and are about 10 feet tall. They take a lot of pruning not to get huge but you can't kill them once they're established.

That is Philodendron selloum. This Xanadu - much smaller leaves and rarely looks as good as the clump in the photo.

It is a Selloum, but the cultivar 'Hope'. It is a more compact form with smaller leaves. But it is larger than Philodendron xanadu.
