Enjoy!

Felix, nice video. I hope that you are growing bok choy. It is easy to grow, fast and good for us.

Here is my small patch of bok choy, guess what is on the menu today?

Cool Felix, I tried some year before last but I think it was too hot, didn't do well. Looking at Silvia's I also think I didn't have it planted close enough together...I wonder if it's too late to try some now?

Tom, I think it is still time to plant them, some varieties are heat tolerant. They grow fast and I plant them close together so there is no weeds coming up and I don't have to mulch them.

Just picked bok choy.

Silvia,here are my Bok Choy.
They really got hit by the freeze and frost that we had a few weeks ago but many of them came back.
They are one of my favorite vegetables. Next Autumn,I plan on planting many more. I might plant some more still.
I also have started, pruning back and weeding and taking back the flower beds. So much to do. :-)

Nice veggies, Felix!

I think a lot of the asian greens are very easy to grow and very versatile for the kitchen. When picked young can be used raw in salads.

And I am glad to hear of your plans to increase your harvests in the veggie garden. Nothing can bring you more joy than present your homegrown luxuries on your table!
