| Almost positive it is a guava--probably pineapple guava, which has tiny fruits. The bark is VERY telling ! They are wonderful trees, and good for wildlife too! |

| Thanks for the ideas. Yes, I think it may be a crepe myrtle, but I'll get a closer shot of the leaves the next time I'm out in Coral Springs then post it here. Thanks again. |

| I don't think that is a crepe myrtle. They aren't usually that lush in S Florida this time of the year. |
