I bought Giant Apostles today & was directed to these as a companion at the nursery. I think they look great together! My main need was deer-resistant plants & they said the deer should leave them alone. They have really sweet, delicate flowers.

Have you grown these iris before? I'm also in Pembroke Pines and they only bloom in the spring and very sparingly. So I'm mainly dealing with a green plant most of the year.
I have 2 planted on the east side in a bed with plumeria, coleus, and epi orchids.
