natal plum

I am trying to find a decent edible hedge (I live in Edgewater (near Daytona)). I was thinking Natal plum but have had no luck finding anyone who sells it. Any ideas?

The area for the hedge is against the house with a roof overhang. It gets about 8 hours of hard sun.
