I'm thrilled to come across this site. So many knowledgeable folks here.

I want to start a container (barrel) garden and I'm looking for wholesale pricing on perlite, peat moss and organic MiracleGro fertilizer (Plant-Tone). When the barrels are all cut and ready, I'll have over 100 - 27 gallon containers.

I went to Home Depot yesterday and found 2 cu of perlite at $17.00. Do any Miamians or South Florida gardeners have a wholesale source for these amendments? I'm in the Cutler Ridge/Cutler Bay area close to Homestead. I'm open to any and all suggestions whether physical pick-up or online purchases.
