weeping willow in tampa bay area?

Hello,
I'm looking for a weeping willow tree (salix babylonica) in the tampa bay area to take cuttings of. Does anyone have one in their yard or know of one located in a public space? I'm interested in growing the plant in order to make my own willow water for rooting cuttings.

I've never seen weeping willow in the Tampa Bay area, but there is another species which should work that is relatively common here.

There is a weeping willow (I'm assuming because it is a willow and weeps long and low) on one of the lakes here in my apartment complex in South St. Pete.
