| I put my photos in Photobucket, then with the mouse I LEFT click inside the HTML code box under LINKS. When you click on it, it will briefly flash "copied" in the box. Then you just paste the address in your post. It will look something like this (but I changed some stuff so it wouldn't show a photo and you could see how the address would look.) < a href="http://s1090.photobucket.com/albums/i369/tinael01/?action=view¤ t=DSCF4201.jpg" target="_blank">< src="http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i369/tinael01/DSCF4201.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> This is what it will look like:

| If by chance you have an image from a site that does not provide you with the HTML image code you can plug it into this easy to remember template. Just replace URLofTheImage with the URL.
You do need the proper URL though, starting with "http" and ending with "jpg/jpeg/gif/png/etc" and no "?" in between. For example, I see an image URL above of http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i369/tinael01/DSCF4201.jpg which when plugged into the template gives you this code to post:

Hehe, different image. :) The advantage though is that you can display an image you find anywhere(assuming it's not copyrighted or whatever), even though they don't hand you the code. BTW, you can scale your image down pretty easily too, if you make sure you keep the aspect ratio the same when you do it. http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp |

| Not all photo-hosting sites will allow remote linking (where the picture shows up somewhere else, like here on a forum). You did it right this morning, but used a webpage URL instead of a picture URL. A picture URL will end with .jpg or some other picture file extension, not .html, which is a webpage. |
