| I have a red lady papaya almost a year old, appears very healthy. It is developing many flowers but they never fruit. The guy I bought the plant from said it was hermaphrodite. Anyone know how to get it fruiting? |

| How tall is it? & might the guy have made a mistake? FWIW, I have a yellow papaya tree I grew from seed that turned out to be self-pollinating; fruits are mostly seedless - only a few here & there when I cut them open - but it did not set any fruits until it was more than 5' tall. |
