Help identifying a small landscape tree

I moved into a new home recently and have this small tree in the front border that I need to identify. Also need to know how to properly care for it. A rather large tree has kept this little guy in mostly shade for awhile, but the large tree is set to come down in a few weeks and I'm not sure if it can tolerate full sun or should be relocated. Any help is appreciated! I pictured the bloom and the height of the tree for identification purposes.

I believe that's called Nandina Domestica. If it is, no worries about too much sun.
